After Sales
Our after sales engineers are ALWAYS willing to help. Often you will find with
some companies (especially distributors) that their after sales service is a
little on the poor side - after all, for a distributor - it's just another
operational cost they have to bear but don't want to. But after sales is viewed
in a different way here at LRS.
We see after sales as one of the most important (if not the most important)
aspect of our products. Whether it's simply a call from our technicians to say
hello, or whether you need advice, support or something else - your call matters
to us. We take an active role in after sales service because we know that is one
area that we are told by our customers we excel at. We spend the time when you
need us - it's that simple. And because we're a manufacturer of our own
equipment our costs are lower than those of the distributor - there is margin in
the deals for GREAT support.
We have received over 1000 positive written comments telling us how good our
after sales service is and it is always complimentary - just ask us for some of

Warranty
Our warranty is going to surprise you.
We offer a new for old warranty for two years against any product that fails
through a manufacturing defect. Our failure rate is less than 1% of total sales.
We are the only company that offers a warranty like this and it really can be
of value to you - especially if you get a problem. We're confident you will not
get issues, but if you do, rest assured you're covered.
We are also now offering a new for old warranty that covers lost or damaged
pagers and this can be a boon if your staff are prone to losing equipment - ask
our sales guys for the details you may well be surprised at just how good this
option is.
REMEMBER - we are the only company that offers warranty like this in the
entire paging industry.
